Flintstones w/iron chewables

I bought the Patch MD vitamins here at the store. I love them because I hate swallowing pills. This way, the vitamins get absorbed through your skin. This might also be helpful for you with the sour stomach. :)

ProCare Health. Only one pill a day has all of the iron (45 mg) and the daily requirement of D (3,000 - calcium citrate contains the other 1,000). It has a lot more in it. ProCare can be ordered online. It’s about $45 for a 3 month supply.

Logic,

I just ordered the PatchMD Vitamins in prep for my upcoming surgery. I worry a little about swallowing pills post operatively and thought I'd give them a try. Besides, I'm really tired of swallowing the horse pills and burping up vitamin taste.

Are they working well for you? Notice any difference in energy?

My surgeon wrote me a script for vitamins and my insurance paid for them. All are chewable and do not make me nauseous. The brand is BariActiv and for B12 I have Nascobal which is a weekly nasal spray.
