Had my bypass

I had my surgery done on the 13th of March two days post op and I’m a bit sore but I’m getting their my 2week preop diet helped me lose 15lbs before surgery which made things simpler and had a successful surgery now it’s up to me to keep moving forward with losing the rest of the weight

I also had my surgery on the 13th.

first day was rough. Biggest problem was nausea not pain. Once I got nausea under control I was able to come home Thursday and I’m working on my diet schedule .

Doing good, just sleepy.

Well, yesterday was so perfect. Today I feel so full. I am getting close to finishing 2 premier protein shakes.
