Hey peeps.. update time.. been doing better, I’ve had a little thin crust pizza..chew chew chew.. had filet mignon the other day with success [emoji1303][emoji1303] the key is chewing the sh!t out of it which with my ADD is a challenge [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] I’m still scared when I try new foods but no more stuck issues so far [emoji1303][emoji1303][emoji1303]

It seems to happen on days I’m not doing good with water or like today I spent a few hours at the beach and then came home to a few hours of yard work and I know I’m way low on H2O.. but it looks like coffee coming out? Freaky.. anyone?

  10. OK, Im a little over 4 weeks post op Im down around 40 lbs, lost more inches than weight which is good. My issues are food.. i.e. am I supposed to be hungry? am I supposed to feel as I eat to know if Im full, currently if I get any feeling its pain and I know Ive ate too much.. I had one stuck/puking episode and I never want to eat again I would be happy never eating again but damn I run out of energy... currently I can eat mashed potatoes, pop corn chicken, turkey sausage, real good pizzas (dough is made from chicken, google them) Im frustrated because one one hand I dont want to eat but the lack of energy sucks.. one the other I need to find better food choices but Im (after my puking episode) too chicken to try new things... I see others eating pastas and things they said would swell and to avoid so this adds to my confusion.. my biggest fear is eating too much and stretching out my new stomach.. I go to the gym 4 days a week, do protein water every day and trying to get in my 64 oz of H2O... seems like a full time job just doing this... help!
  11. Im worried about this also, I can eat about anything as long as I chew the sh!t out of it. Ive had a painful full feeling once or twice but after I finished eating, not during. I dont have the "ok Im getting full feeling" just all of a sudden its like STOP EATING.. lol but Im so worried that as it goes on Im going to eat too much...
  12. rest is your best friend.. and nausea pills it gets better
  13. with my exercise I end up burning more calories than Im taking in.. water is tough too, I use to drink it like a fish.. now I have to make myself drink it at all :/ I can eat soup, Im doing ok with protein. its hard to know if and when Im hungry because I never feel like I am but I get the gas tank is empty feeling...
