I had the first Non family member ask about my weight lose yesterday. The lady at the pharmacy leaned in as i reached for my wifes medications and asked quietly if she could ask a personal question. Then asked how i lost so much weight. I was caught off guard for second then simply responded i had gastric sleeve surgery. Her only comment about the surgery was "I have been thinking about that same surgery". I told her i didnt regret it at all and she asked if i exercised and i said yes 5 days a week.

Now that it has happened i wonder if its odd that nobody has noticed till now or its more likely that people just dont feel comfortable asking strangers such a personal question.

Has anyone else had much comment from non family?
