Day 8

I am so excited about this journey!!! I'm going into day 9 and I feel amazing. I went for my first 30 min walk today (I walk every day but today I started this as my exercise)

Question... protein goal every day is 70 g... is it a problem If I go over?? This is how my day looked IMG_6125.JPG

I was the same as you. I went to the gym and went on the treadmill for the 1st time day 8 after surgery... I've worked out with weights hard since 6 weeks and took in a ton of protein.. my weight loss

This is a good question for the registered dietitian or your doctor. It's not like you've gone crazy over.

I put my genepro in all my soups and I do 3 premier protein shakes( breakfast lunch and dinner) until I move to puréed and soft phase. I know how important the protein is so I make sure when I make jello- genepro is in it. Pudding, genepro. Lol

I've worked out with weights hard since 6 weeks and took in a ton of protein.. my weight loss stalled at 3 months. My body is changing and losing inches and only 40lbs from goal but the scale stopped moving. I'm just letting u know that's what happened to me when I was taking in a ton of protein. I never had 1 complication. It's been a weird journey.

Well my carbs are staying between 15-20 and very little sugar IMG_6125.JPGIMG_6125.JPGwIMG_6125.JPG
I say very little.. 10-11 g which is like 2.5 tsp of sugar a day. I didn't realize I was taking in so much protein but since I'm still in the thicker liquid stage I figured I needed to up it until I get to soft foods
