Your vitamin requirement depends on the type of surgery you had. What type of surgery did you undergo and what vitamins are you currently taking?

I’m taking the Pro Care Health Bariatric muti-vitamin with iron. It has everything that I need including 1,000 mcg of b12. Its in pill form or chewable. I take the pill form at night before bed and have no issues. The only thing it’s missing is calcium. And I will start that at my 1 month post op visit. Good luck!
