I’m wondering whether anyone else in this forum suffers from this issue.......I had my surgery on 1/2/18 and haven’t really had any issues except this one. I try to walk at least 3 miles every other day. I don’t walk every day because I have degenerative disc disease and spinal stenosis, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia and lupus and I need a “rest” day because of pain. My problem is that on the days I walk, about 30-60 minutes after I return home, I start getting really bad abdominal cramping and have to [emoji90]. It starts out as a normal BM, but then I start having diarrhea. Sometimes I throw up because of the abdominal cramping. I know it’s not anything I am eating because I generally don’t eat pre-walk. After this happens, I generally feel fine for the rest of the day and there are no other episodes of abdominal cramping or diarrhea. I am scheduled to see my team in two weeks and I will be bringing this up with them, but I am just curious if anyone else has this happen. I am afraid that this will be my new “norm” since having the sleeve. Thank you.
