Congrats!! I cant wait to get the call with my surgery date but i have 2 more months of nutritionist appts!! Got delayed by six months bc my mom fell ill. Feel like goin to mexico and paying out of pocket to finally get it over with!! I want to lose a good amount of weight before summer!!!! [emoji47]

Don’t Rush it... Once you get it done the weight melts off quickly.. I just had mines on Fed 27 n I’m already 18 day .. I’m only 7 day Post op...

Great loss. I am same height - not sure your age - I am in the early 60s. HW 320, will be undergoing VSG coming Monday - most likely SW=300. Question: How much did you lose in the first 6 to 8 weeks?

Thanks. I lost around 40 more pounds by 8 weeks. No postop issues. Best suggestions i can give are be sure to get your protein/water in and be as active a possible...even if it's only walking keep moving. Good luck!
