I’m 3weeks posted-op and where I work and at home everyone Everywhere is snacking... and the Popsicles help on most times but the others I just continue to drink and try to take my mind off of it but it doesn’t work all the time. But think that I haven’t gave in to temptation but I have thought about it what do you guys do??

I Completely understand how u feel.!! I’m only on day 10 of the liquid diet and I fine my self going crazy.. when I have to cook for my family or when my kids ask can we go out to the restaurant.. I’ve been looking for the some help.. but hen it’s really bad I’ll come ion here n talk to someone or I’ll Read the success stories n try to push pass it.. or I’ll chew ice and imagine it’s the food I smell..

Don’t Rush it... Once you get it done the weight melts off quickly.. I just had mines on Fed 27 n I’m already 18 day .. I’m only 7 day Post op...

How war u feeling?

I’m good ok so far.. I can get about 11 oz of protein in over a few hr.. and all the other liquid I kinda get most but not all in.. only this was gas, waiting to Have a bowel movement, and the pain Tenderness from Incision

Hello all .. My name is TJ I’m 30 yr old and I just had the Gastric sleeve. On February 27,2018 and I can get 11 oz of. Protein down over a few hr.. and I can get the Crystal light down .. but please don’t judge me I can’t get water down.. And do one have any suggestions for this pain at the incision?? Or the pain when swollen?

I can’t get comfortable at night at all.. I had my surgery on the 27 of February am still in clear liquids.. I pooped yesterday for the first time n I took a Stool softener.. and it helped
