Has anyone tried Herbalife products after VSG? If so, how long after surgery? How it went?


I’m 11 days post op and after week 1 I switched to Herbalife shakes. I do two shakes a day with extra protein ( 30 grams each). They are one of the best tasting protein shakes I have had and i did Herbalife before the surgery. Haven’t had any issues with their shakes as of yet.
