Tip for getting in water

I was sleeved on 2/28 and have found that drinking out of a travel coffee mug helps me get a lot of liquids in while maintaining the "sip" factor.

Hope this helps someone out there!

I also has a hernia repair and I feel really good. Very little pain today but I'm trying to stay ahead of with with liquid Tylenol. My goal is to get 40 oz of liquids in daily which my doctor said was fine. I start shakes today too.
My large incision is gruesome looking, very, very bruised and most of the pain comes from that point. Heating pad, waking, standing have helped a lot. I just stand, drink and watch funny, feel good shows most of the day :)
