I started my two week pre-op liquid diet today. Last night I went to Cheese Factory and purchased a slice of red velvet cheese cake and carrot cake. I enjoyed it but I was sick all night. I just wanted to have a goodbye celebration to all my favorite foods that gave me so much joy over the years. Did any of you have a goodbye celebration before liquid diet?

I didn't really have my LAST SUPPER due to being afraid that I would do something wrong and they would cancel my WLS. I figured that most of my adult life I was a real PARTY GIRL. But each of us have our own ways of getting thru this. Just take it as YOUR job to follow the guidelines and you will do fine. Good Luck

My nutritionist suggested a “Last Supper”. I was so flipping sick afterwards. I guess she recommended it so I wouldn’t cheat.

I had coffee tonight and I am about to die.
