I started my two week pre-op liquid diet today. Last night I went to Cheese Factory and purchased a slice of red velvet cheese cake and carrot cake. I enjoyed it but I was sick all night. I just wanted to have a goodbye celebration to all my favorite foods that gave me so much joy over the years. Did any of you have a goodbye celebration before liquid diet? Hi I am excited for you. I am already on blood thinners due to a blood clot I had a few years ago. I will have to take shots before and after. It will be okay. It will become easier. I will definitely keep in touch. Sent from my Z982 using BariatricPal mobile app

Good morning everyone, this is my first time posting. I am excited, nervous, scared and anxious about my surgery. It was a long process and I am glad I didn't give up.
