I was so hungry a week after surgery I could have eaten my leg off. Dishearteningly hungry. I was starting to feel really desperate. After getting on pureed and soft foods, I felt a lot better.

I am 4 days post op. I've been craving onions and croutons with spinach leaves [emoji33] i did NOT eat anything. Im just confused to why i am hungry so fast being that half of my stomach is gone. I am on clear liquid diet. I honestly jist consume water and crystal light..haven't wanted broth and jello hurts my stomach. What can i do?? My post op appt is next week. I guess thats when i go to puree???
