so which one is better muscle milk or premier . What are the best flavors in both shakes? Thank you

I much prefer Premier. The only flavor I don't like is Strawberry.

Currently drinking a Chocolate Premier Protein shake.

Alas that will have be my first choice, I am violently allergic to chocolate. Is the banana and cream good? Also have you tried the plant based Vega, Wal-Mart has it in vanilla.?

Muscle milk kind makes me gag. Don't like the taste at all.

I tolerate Premiere protein much better. I like Caramel flavor in my decaf coffee...taste like a fancy coffee. I like chocolate. Weirdly..I really kinda like the banana. And mixing chocolate and banana is oddly delightful.

hmmm i might have to give this a go. I have been trying the 4 packs from Walmart and then if i like the flavor i have been then buying a bigger pack from Sams club (works out about $6 cheaper for 12). I have not been mixing flavors yet, definitely going to give that a try.

Strawberry/Choc
Caramel/Choc
Banana/Caramel

I love the banana & cream Premier protein - it’s my favorite. I also like Chike coffee protein powder mixed with Fairlife non-fat milk and a few ice cubes.
