Im 12 days post op and craving a chocolate protien bar. 160 calories 3 grams sugar, 20 grams protein. Does anyone know if this is safe or not. Im soooo tired of the premier shakes. Im going to puree in another day, but i tried scrambled eggs with cheese, it went down nicely. I also tried taco refried pinto beans and cheese it wasnt as smooth as I thought but I didnt gag...I cramped a little not much. Any suggestions about some puree/soft foods....I NEED FOOD....Hunger pains hit, but cravings hit even harder.
