morning everyone, I’m feeling pretty low today.
I lost 12lbs on my pre op diet, 12lbs the two weeks post op, then 3 and now 2.
My surgeon said it would fall off me but two weeks with a 3 and 2 is hardly falling off!
I thought it would be quicker than this and it’s got me got me down.
I’m drinking well and focusing on eating protein first so no sure what I’m doing wrong.
Has anyone else found the same?
