Hi there, I'm having the sleeve also on March 6th, just a few days before you! I'm trying to get preparations underway at the moment, getting anything I need for the pre op diet sorted out, but I'm not starting that until 18th February.

When I spoke to my dietician about potentially doing the pre op diet for more that the 2 weeks so I could make the best preparation possible, she closed me down fairly quickly and said not to do that as most people could only reliably stay on it for the 2 weeks. If I have tried to do it for longer, I might have put myself at risk of "falling off the wagon" in the week prior to surgery.

I'm in a space now where I'm just hanging around, not being too aggressive on the diet, just trying to stay away from junk food.
