Vitamin/Supplement Requirements DS

Hi everyone! I'm revising from a sleeve to DS and would love to know what your vitamin regimen is. I'll ask my nut/surgeon when I see them next in February but I thought I'd start taking vitamins now. I'm planning to use Celebrate vitamins, so thoughts about that are especially welcome. Many thanks, Babette

Have you checked Vitalady's list? It's a good starting place. Then it'll be tweaked after your blood draws.

I take several vitamins, a multi made by my surgeons office, calcium, and iron. I take A and K and I get a yearly shot for but D. I run low on zinc to that’s been added as well.

I take Bariatric Advantage multi with Iron and A & K twice daily. I also take D-3, Zinc, Biotin, once a day and calcium chews three times a day.
