Does anyone ever get full during this two week liquid diet?? All I can do is sleep the days away. On day 4!

I do the protein powder with skim milk but the texture gets me sometimes.....also the Atkins ready made high protein drinks are good, Greek yogurt, sugar free Jello, Campbell's healthy request soups strained. The slimfast drinks are good too but a bit more expensive than the Atkins at least where I live.

Here is what a day looks like for me

Breakfast: 8oz skim milk w/ protein powder 30g protein

Mid morning: Greek yogurt 12g protein

Lunch: atkins drink 15g protein

Afternoon: sf jello

Dinner: 8-10oz soup 4-5g protein

Lots of water in between all that

I've been on the liquid diet for 7 days it's been good. I make my own broth..
My meals include
5 oz cup of broth
2 oz of jello
For breakfast lunch and dinner
I get 2 sugar free popsicles in and 48 oz of water a day

My home made broth
In a sauce pan sauté a few peices of roughly chopped veggies (because you are not going to ea them)
Bell peppers, onions, carrots and some cilantro.. for meaty taste I add chopped turkey neck.. yup turkey necks.. once browned add water and bring to a boil then simmer for 15 minutes.. Add chicken bouillon for taste..20190808_141543.jpegIMG_20190809_131518_934.jpeg
