Tomorrow i Get my gastric sleeve

Today i feel really nervous, I didn't told at work that I have the surgery. My plan is to say that this night i start with a huge stomach pain and the I had a surgery but I really feel guilty, irresponsible and ashamed [emoji17]

You are taking responsibility for your weight by having the surgery. You should be proud of yourself for making this decision. Whether you tell your co-workers or not is up to you. It's pretty likely somewhere down the road they will guess but it's not their business if you don't choose to share that info. Best of luck with your surgery tomorrow.
