Pouch feels heavy? 6 days post-op

I am 6 days post op and have been feeling great and yesterday started back on the treadmill. Only did 10 minutes, but I was progress! I moved around a lot more and got a complete 64 oz of liquid in! Then I woke up this morning and my pouch feels very weird. It feels heavy, almost like something is stuck right below my breast bone. My stomach muscles are also super sore when I raise my arms. Did I damage something or did I just do too much yesterday?

You are still healing and swollen. Be very careful. Likely the extra moving around has shifted fluid. It's good you took in your 64oz fluids though. Take one day at a time and listen to your healing body. Also moving your bowels at this time can be tricky and exercise and fluid helps that too - that can cause odd feelings as well though as everything wakes back up after anesthetic. Being regular in that function may take a few weeks and especially as you transition to solids. Good luck.
