What stage are you on? They also fixed a hernia in me as well

Hello! I just had my gastric bypass on 01/09. Feeling pretty good except experiencing hot flashes (I’m 32!) and still battling gas pains! Anyone else?

Hi. I joined recently too. My sleeve surgery was 12/28. Your weight loss is impressive - congratulations. I've followed the diets and only lost 11 pounds so far. A bit of a bummer but I keep reminding myself it's just the beginning. Wishing you continued success.
