  3. Yes, I’ve always taken my time to eat so I would count how many times I chewed and all. Made me feel like I was eating more food lol
  4. I feel like that from time to time, I drink at least 8oz of water 30 min before I eat and serve only what I know I should eat. Once you wait 15-20 after you’re done eating you realize you’re already full.
  5. Hi there! I had my gastric sleeve done back in 7.28.16, my starting weight was 257 and I’m down to 140. Have you tried walking? I have become very active and it helps me to continue to lose weight. Also, how are your food choices?? Try and eat more veggies and fruits, they’re easily digested. I’ve sorta been following a clean diet too, I feel it’s been working for me so far.

  8. How long ago did you have my surgery? I had mine 1.5 years ago and I can eat about half a normal meal. I didn’t get there right away, it took me over a year.
