Loose Skin

I'm two years post op and dealing with loose skin! I excise and just started back swimming. I have a small stomach apron and flabby arms That needs to go!. Any suggestions?

I'm wondering the same. I am only 1 week post op, but know that if I don't start to do my research on how to avoid as much loose skin now, the only alternative would be cosmetic surgery. So far I found that protein, water, vitamins, a collagen supplement and weight training would be my best approach to lessen loose skin. Hope this helps
