Gas?

I have terrible gas and it won’t come out. It’s just sitting in my stomach causing pain. Any remedies? I just had surgery yesterday

Try getting up and walking. I had my gallbladder out on Friday and couldn’t believe how painful the gas was. Anytime I felt it, I would get up and walked, and that took care of it (until the next time

I just had surgery on Wednesday and I feel your pain!! Things that have been helping me with the gas pains so far are:

- taking a walk every hour
- gas x chewables
- heating pad on my lower back
- have someone rub or thump on your back
- sips of hot tea

I hope this helps!!
