Long term post DS experiences

I'm looking for a sleeve revision to DS. I would like to hear from long term post DS patients (like 5-10 years+) What is your experience with your blood levels and health? How is your digestion? How is your energy? Do you regret having the procedure? How is the vitamin regimen, especially B12 levels? Thanks.

Sent you a PM.

I'm almost 13 years out. I had a hard recovery trying to figure out how my new stomach and gastrointestinal system worked. So I'd say I wasn't sure I'd made the correct decision until about 2 years out. Most other DSers I know are happier much more quickly.

I have bloods done every 6 months. Some physicians requre it only once per year. I have to tweak my vits/minerals after each draw.

My energy is very good. So much more than when I was big.
