Surgery was March 2014

I had the sleeve March 2014. Never reached goal weight. From 247lbs to 176lbs and now 190. My surgery Dr has referred me to a diet Dr to see if they can help me lose more weight. Mind you I excersise 4 x a week and very active but I don't want to hear its muscle weight. Anyway now I have an esophageal hernia. Has anyone else gone through this? And did you have the repair? What to do? Feeling hopeless in Texas.
