(insert) random food questions here

I've seen too many threads asking about individual foods postop, figured I'd try to make a one stop shop here.

What's people's opinions on cucumbers postop? I know they're basically an empty food (and also very low calorie). But if I'm hitting all my numbers and getting plenty of protein, are cucumbers a decent filler food?

I'm losing at a great rate (yes it's early I know) and I don't want to add too many calories, and would love a little texture and flavor to mix it up from my protein barrage

My biggest concern is I'm only 4.5 weeks post op, and I don't know when it's appropriate to incorporate these suckers into my diet. Reading through old threads on here were really inconsistent with some people talking about eating them at 3 weeks and others 3 months, and others talking about how fun they are to digest

My nutritionist had us eating only Protein for 8 weeks after surgery.
