40 pound gain. Mainly from this really crappy condution called lymphedema...or so they think. Sometimes from bad choices. Ugh. The struggle is still real.

It's work even after goal ...right?

I had surgery three years ago. I noticed the weight loss has changed. It's easy to gain and comes off slowly. I've had to dial in my diet and log food. The scale is finally moving down.

I'm going back to a few basics and using the palm of my hand and the height of 1 finger as a guide. My thumb area being my protein. My work is super active but I am going to have to amp up my work outs. Ugh. I was Underweight and was ok until Doc told me to gain....well, that spiraled out of control and here I am...ugh.
