  1. I'm going back to a few basics and using the palm of my hand and the height of 1 finger as a guide. My thumb area being my protein. My work is super active but I am going to have to amp up my work outs. Ugh. I was Underweight and was ok until Doc told me to gain....well, that spiraled out of control and here I am...ugh.
