Weight loss stall

I am almost one month post op and I am currently experiencing a stall in my weight loss. It is very discouraging and is starting to make me depressed. I am questioning whether this process is actually working or if I put myself through major surgery for nothing. I also notice that I am hungry more often then I expected to be. I am afraid that I will not loss anymore weight and that I put my body through this for nothing. Has anyone else gone through this?

I am a couple days from 4 weeks and I am at a stall as well . Im convinced that it’s the change in my stages however today I stuck with a liquid diet only . I keep telling myself it’s ok because I know the loss is coming so no worries .

Many people hit the dreaded "3 week stall", hang in there, you will start losing again. Your body has been through a lot and is just sorting things out.
