I am not too sure what you mean by the pouch getting clogged up. If I consume too much food, I will get dumping syndrome. It is a horrible experience which lasts for several hours (around 3-4 hours)

I have a question about pouch getting clogged up. Does it go down on its own? Anything I can do to help it get unplugged? How long does the discomfort last? Thanks
