Hello, I was sleeved 10/17/17. I have lost a little over 50 lbs. I have had a crazy ride but things seem to be getting back to normal. I am finally on foods, I feel like it’s trial and error at this point. What are some ideas of foods you guys eat and how much?
I have been eating a lot of grilled chicken with refried beans and I and so scared that since I didn’t have my measuring cup that I have eaten more than I should have a stretched my stomach. Is this possible? Has anyone else felt like this?
