Liver shrinking diet

Has anyone not lost weight or stalled during the diet? I lost 6lbs the first 3 days and nothing since then. I have too loose 4 more before Wednesday so I’m nervous that my Dr may cancel the surgery. I’m following the diet exactly as it says!

For me I had no weight to lose before pre-op (but I lost around 55lbs), and they didn't ask for any weight lost during pre-op, all they want really is your liver to shrink so they may operate you safely. Stall are normal.

I am on liquid diet since 14 days now, and I stalled 3 times already.

I am on my last day of preop diet. I lost 4 lbs 8 oz, notice I didn't say only lost. We need to celebrate the small victories as victories. I was somewhat apprehensive when going in today to weight in, but it all worked out. I scheduled for surgery in the morning. @Jessie_5 I'm sure you will be fine.
