Run SS run

Okay it's been almost a week since my surgery and the only thing I can do is walk around. I took a walk a very short up and down stairs .I can't drink anything because I'm having a severe acid reflux pain in my chest. so how are you supposed to drink your water intake if you can't even take a sip. the pain is bad it makes me not want to drink at all what do I do? they gave me the medicine yesterday so I guess I have to wait for that to start working in my system. I also noticed the only time when I have acid reflux is when I'm cold is that a thing?.
