Hello I had surgery Nov 21 now that I'm home I feel very dizzy. I don' know why.

Mine was on the 27th and I'm starting to feel dizzy too is this a thing I was proud of myself because I got at least one protein pack in I take small drinks of water all day but I know it's not up to the 64 oz of water that I should be drinking

It hard. I usully throw up the protein so now I'm looking for another one I can keep down water n Gatorade n broth but my meds n protein is very hard. But hopefully it gets better for you & your journey.
