Hey guys I have a question. I am on phase 2 puree foods and want to know if I have to still drink protein shakes?

Do you track your food intake? If not, consider tracking and then you will know if you need to continue with protein shakes. If you are getting enough protein, and hitting your targets without shakes, then you won't need them.

Tracking is much better than guessing.

I still drink one a day and I'm 11 months out. For me higher protein intake equals better weight loss results so I like mine near 100 grams.
