2 days post-op

Hi guys just wanted to check some symptoms at 2 days post op

My chest is probably the worst pain, from the gas they used in surgery, they've told me once i start walking around it'll go away but its still slightly there and still very uncomfortable. Im finding it painful to drink water.

My stomach is super swollen and I've vomited a few times is this all pretty normal?

I was sleeved Monday.

I get some pain near my belly button if I move the wrong way, and the chest/left shoulder pain comes in waves (usually after waking)

Never got nauseous or vomited. Never took any anti nauseous medication or anything.

Tylenol and Omeprazole is all I'm on, with a rare percocet to go to bed

Any chance that's diet related?
