Cramping. Ugh. Help.

I had sleeve surgery 2 1/2 weeks ago. I’ve been back on birth control for about five days. I’m getting terrible cramping in my lower abdomen. It could be gas but it feels more like menstrual cramps. Anyone experience this and does anyone have a remedy. I’m really doubled over at some points. Hurts so much that I’m sweating

I haven't had surgery yet, but I have painful cramps anyways. I boil water and put in some cinnamon with a little honey...or I drink a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with the mother, in room temp water. This has always helped me. Since you are sleeved already I am not sure how that will be on your tummy.:(
