Post OP bowel movements

Hi there

I'm roughly ten days post and I had tea with half and half in it (allowed on my list but my first time trying it ) and after I seem to have diarrhea (but no nausea, racing heart, etc. ). Is this what people say is "dumping" ?

I can't be sure because I'm still on the full liquid diet and all of my BMs are like this but this time it lasted for three consecutive trips to the bathroom.

Anyone experiencing similar …
