Stalls

So after about 6-7 weeks, I’m finally on my “ stall”.. now I didn’t have a 3 wk stall. Down about 43lbs and 7 lbs away from the 100’s! However I’ve only lost about 1-2 lbs the last week or two.. major slow down since I’m so early out from surgery. I did increase my calories drastically going from puréed to solids but still not enough to plateau. I heard these are normal? How long do these usually last? Anyone experience a nice drop again from a stall?? Just need to talk this out so I’m not feeling bad that I’ll stay at this weight since I’m not on the heavier side of gastric bypass patients as my doc told me....

What are your stats I'm on the app so can't see if it's in the side

My stall ended. I did lose 4 more pounds this week. I strictly diet. Low carb. Low calorie, veggies and some fruit, protein. I put everything in my app. I’m way under the guidelines my surgeon asked, but doing my best to up my calories and carbs. Struggling still with digesting most foods. :)

Similar starting weight. I was told light weights lose slower generally and may stall more. As we have less to lose. Keep up the good work.
