Eating to fast

Hi Everyone,

I am almost 5 weeks out and I am having a hard time eating within 30 minutes. It usually takes me at the most 20 minutes to finish a meal. I don’t really have a problem with food feeling “stuck” and was just wondering if other had the same issues and any tips to help!

HI there,

Yes, it takes me maybe 20-25 minutes to eat depending on what it is. If it's a drink, like a shake/smoothie, I get up and walk around, tidy up something in the house, check email, or play a game on phone. If it's warm food, I keep it on a cup warmer and try and do the same thing, walk around house, check tv, try and stretch it out as long as possible. And this is even with chewing food 20+ times.
