8 weeks post op thursday

i' m sure there are a lot of people here going thru the same things. I was wondering if anyone else at 7 weeks post op can pretty tolerate anything, i have ben staying on course and have lost 40 lbs give or take 2 lbs fluctuation but it seems slow in general maybe my expectations are to high for to much to fast. I go to the gym 4 times a week i walk two miles and have started working on some toning machines. i noticed my hunger is starting to come back and though i cant tolerate the amount of food i was eating i fear 5-6 ounces i can tolerate now at times sometimes 2-4 ounces will eventually grow. i stop myself and follow the program . i am getting my protein as i should as well as water requirements. i just don't want to have done this for nothing. I feel frustrated i am not losing more rapidly sometimes not at all. Anyone else had this problem? One thing i don't much care for are all the judgy people i have meant so far along tjis journey. its all a learning experiece.

I’ll be 8 weeks post op tomorrow. I’ve lost about 32 lbs since surgery, and my doc thinks I’m right on track. I’ve had some short stalls - one week long stall just broke yesterday. I don’t think you have anything to worry about!

THANKS KIO! LIKE I SAID ITS A LEARNING EXPERIENCE FOR ALL OF US

Don't get down on yourself you have already dropped 39 pounds that it an incredible feet. Don't forget that has you exercise you grow your muscles big and strong so that might mean you wont see a drop on the scale. The nice thing about this is that it will catch up because muscle loves to burn fat and eventually you will have enough muscle to kick your loss into high gear.
