I caved damn it....

Day5 of pre op diet...I had 2 chicken wings from the Chinese restaurant..I ate it so fast. Standing out side the resturant...I burn my tongue trying to shove it down..I'm not proud of my self but I feel better.the obsessive thoughts of eating food has went away. I think I'm bsck on track...so far im down 6 lbs...been losing about a pound a day so that's something....

I heard a really good saying taking my pre surgery nutrition class. "Even if you slip up once in the day, you have 5 more eating chances to make the right decision in the same day." Don't give up on yourself for one slip. Keep going and eat right the rest of the day, it will make you feel better. Thank you for sharing your experience and good luck.
