The Grocery Store Seems so intimidating

I was sleeved 9/26/17

I went to the market and nothing seemed right all the junk and food made me wanna run out. I had to get dinner for my husband, I got dinner and was relieved when I walked out the door. I am not hungry most of the time and I eat on a schedule. I don’t wanna starve my hubby, he’s lost 20lbs since my surgery

Make sure you eat before going, so legitimate hunger doesn't make it worse.

It gets better, I promise! I now enjoy going and looking for "hidden" healthy foods.
