It sucks, no 2 ways about it. What exactly are you consuming (brand, type, etc)?

Mine only lasted a few days, the diarrhea on the other hand lasted longer and my poor bum is tore up from it. I just have a bit left to go. Surgery 11/07:

Yes yes yes i am 14 days in 7 days to go I still feel sick.

Could that be psychological? Perhaps you are just too nervous about the upcoming surgery?

If not, just change the brand and taste of your protein shake.

Yep. Same here. Day one is officially tomorrow, but I started today. Sick. Hungry. Headache. :/
