Liquid Diet Started Today

Started my two week liquid diet today. Surgery is November 8th. Anybody else out there with the same surgery date. Would love to have some people to bounce things off of and talk to during this journey.

Did your doc give you any nausea meds and if so, is the issue that they aren't working?

They did, they weren't working. I think it was the anesthesia wearing off but I haven't had any since Friday, thank goodness.

What helped everyone with their nausea? I feel like every time I sip something I get nauseous. How long will this last? Really struggling post op

I get nauseous still at the first few sips of something and I’m 4 weeks post op ??‍♀️...it eventually goes away; just keep sipping. Hydration, Hydration, hydration!!!
