Pre-op diet and menstrual cycle

Ok so I know we're not suppose to have pain medicine but these cramps are outta control .. I'm trying sooo hard not to take anything but is there anything I can take that won't be a problem?

I would be very careful. My surgeon said the only leak she has ever had was someone who took pain medicine before surgery. I would call the office and ask before taking anything. Could you try putting a heating pad on your stomach until you can get ahold of them?

Gonna play it safe and deal with the pain ... my pain tolerance is HIGH. If anything I'll go get a heating pad
