I have done all my requirements my nut sent in her papers to surgeons on Monday I go tomorrow for surgery clearance testing at my pcp. Now my question who calls me to tell me I am approved and its a go? I just had the hospital call asking for my copay for the surgery. I am scheduled for surgery
